Marketing Managers

PDRI has several people dedicated to 'getting our message out' to our clients and customers.The senior sales people focus on providing solutions for the insurance and institutional markets. Our marketing managers provide critical support to the franchisees at the local level, giving them the tools and training necessary to provide the best in customer relationship management. They all work in a consulting capacity acting as a communications bridge between the client or customer and the franchise owners. Listed are the names, responsibilities and biographies for this talented group of people.

Kathy Gillette
National Marketing Manager

Kathy Gillette has over fifteen years experience in the marketing division of PDRI. Responsible for managing the regional marketing force for PDRI, she also oversees the training and development of local marketers and new franchise owners within the PDR network. Kathy provides technical, creative and marketing support to the entire network, and is certified through IICRC. She resides in Northeast Florida.

Candace Dyer
Regional Marketing Manager-Southeast

Candace Dyer has over four years of experience in the sales and marketing area, including the selling of services to the insurance industry. Most recently, she worked as a shared local marketing representative for three of our Florida PDR offices. Candace graduated from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, and resides in Southwest Florida.

Lesa Grantham Regional Marketing Manager-Central

Laurie Cates
Regional Marketing Manager-Northeast

Laurie’s previous position was local marketer for the two PDR offices in Maine for about 2 years before joining PDRI as RMM in June 2006. Laurie has successfully completed PDR training and is IICRC certified in Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying. She currently resides in Old Town, Maine, where she is active in Kiwanis as well as other community projects.

Patrick Stack O’Connor
Regional Marketing Manager-District 6

Patrick Stack O’Connor has held sales and marketing positions and worked in various aspects of the restoration industry for more than ten years. He joins us with a history of successful business ownership in the inspection and historic restoration industries. Patrick holds numerous professional certifications in mitigation and reconstruction, and attended the University of the District of Columbia. He resides in Virginia.

Kathy Marshall
Assistant Vice President - Sales

Prior to joining PDRI, Kathy Marshall was responsible for Southern California sales and marketing of industrial equipment and after-market products to the construction, manufacturing and distribution industry. She has over fifteen years in sales, marketing and customer support, and is responsible for the regional sales and marketing of mitigation, restoration, reconstruction and services for PDR offices. Kathy graduated from California Coast University, and resides in California.

Dawn Kelley
Regional Marketing Manager-West

Dawn Kelley has over five years in account management roles and holds numerous IICRC designations. She has industry experience with the Blackmon Mooring organization in Dallas, Texas. Dawn graduated from the University of Arkansas, and resides in Colorado.
